Lenovo, the recurring Nightmare

Well today didn't fair much better. 

Today I have dealt with 4 people in total, finally having a conversation with the Paul the Supervisor after waiting 26 hours.

I had to reiterate to each person firstly that there was no problem with the computer when sent to Lenovo and secondly that the only issue I had was with entering the BIOS.

Chris explained at this time he had not been in contact with the company responsible for the investigation/ repair, the company in question being Medion, furthermore he said he the earliest he would be able to find any information from the would be tomorrow afternoon.  

He had no information about the BIOS and whether this had been fixed. This being the sole reason for the initial enquiry. It appears that a great distance exists between Lenovo support and Lenovo Technical.

Below are the photos of the water damage. The question I must ask is do I need to take a laptop apart prior to buying to ensure that I will not be held responsible at a later point.
